Freshly Prepared Meals
For preparation of the freshly prepared meals in our kitchen we use products direct from our garden such as nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, citronella, turmeric, lengkuas (greater galangal) and sirih leaves.
Fresh fruits growing behind the kitchen are oranges,ananas, papaya, bananas, pineapple, soursop or sirsak, mangosteen, manggo, durian, kedondong (in Latin spondias dulcis), rambutan and passion fruits.
